CABIN
A relaxing place where people can escape from their daily urban environment, away from social media, away from work and other obligations.
U-FOLD
A wooden frame placed around a sofa bed that can be useful in a variety of scenarios. U-Fold becomes a social spot in the living space where family members come together and enjoy their time with each other.
ROZENSTRAAT
A mansion for a young, ambitious and committed family that wants to share this with people who are struggling financially and emotionally. They decide to share a part of their home with a family that has been granted asylum in Belgium and wants to integrate in Hasselt.
CASA VALLEJO
This project is located in San Felipe de Oña, a small rural town in the province of Azuay in Ecuador. After the analysis of Oña it was decided to build a care home for the elderly on the site of Casa Vallejo, with services that improve health care as well as community spaces to strengthen social relations. The research and elaboration was part of my master project.
THE HUB
In the centre of Borgloon, Belgium lies the Brigittijnen monastery since 1663. The building has not been in use for several years and the aim for this project was to revitalise the site by giving it a new contemporary function.
EXPO KANAL
This scenographic project about René Fonck, a French pilot during the first world war, is made from an aluminium tube coupling system and is located in the Kanal cultural centre, Brussels.
